📋 Description

• Manage every phase of the proposal development process, from kick-off to submission • Ensure all proposal components are completed in a compliant and timely manner • Support development of the Business Development pipeline through research and refinement • Facilitate opportunity scoring and prioritization throughout the Business Development pipeline lifecycle • Define timelines and milestones for multiple simultaneous proposal efforts and ensure adherence • Lead development of outlines presenting compelling, innovative, and compliant proposal approaches • Coordinate with teaming partners to track data call submissions and incorporate inputs • Create proposal elements including matrices, tables, graphs, executive summaries, and management approaches • Track proposal information and Q&A; review, identify, document, and distribute or discuss changes with the team • Ensure past performance and resume updates are completed with relevant personnel in a timely manner • Coordinate proposal kick-off, color review, and lessons learned meetings; ensure action items and comments are addressed • Review drafts for content flow, consistency, and full compliance • Support desktop publishing efforts to finalize proposal content • Coordinate and create graphics that are visually appealing and meet corporate standards • Write and edit proposal documents, maintain version control, and manage quality

🎯 Requirements

• Three (3) years minimum proven successful proposal writing experience • 3+ years’ experience in full life-cycle proposal writing, management and development • Experience writing responses to Department of Defense Requests for Proposals with a successful win record • Thorough understanding of Federal procurement policies and practices • Outstanding attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong desktop publishing and editing skills • Employment eligibility verification through the Department of Labor’s E-Verify System
