📋 Description

• Lead AI implementation projects end-to-end, from onboarding through full rollout • Work with enterprise legal and compliance teams to deconstruct workflows and identify where AI can help • Translate complex legal documents into structured logic for the AI platform • Help legal, compliance, and marketing users understand, trust, and master the platform • Troubleshoot strategic and technical blockers • Feed customer insights back to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap • Build repeatable implementation playbooks as the company scales globally

🎯 Requirements

• Practiced law or professional-level experience inside a legal or compliance function • Experience ideally in a commercial, compliance, or regulatory context • Sufficient experience to genuinely understand how legal teams operate under pressure • Credibility to engage senior legal and compliance stakeholders • Ability to identify and improve systems • Comfortable with ambiguity and building in an evolving environment • Curiosity about AI and its applications to legal work • Customer-facing, implementation-led experience or orientation • Legal right to work in the US
