📋 Description

• Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager of Advanced Services • Provides post-sales support for HPE’s Network Products • Work daily with the customer, either remotely or at the customer's location • Expected to have expertise in Juniper/HPE products deployed or to be deployed within the customer’s service provider network • Provide technical and operational support for network issues, ongoing certification, and testing efforts • Understand the customer’s organizational structure and become familiar with the customer’s network implementation • Carry out testing of new tools, features, and functionality as required by the customer • Support design and planning of Juniper MX, QFX, EX series, and associated solutions within the customer’s commercial network

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience • 7 years' experience providing implementation and technical support of networking products in LAN, WAN, or Internet services environments • JNCIE/CCIE Service Provider or equivalent JUNOS CLI experience across MX, QFX, EX series • Expert IP/Routing experience (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS-TE, RSVP, LDP, IPv6) • Routing protocol operation, migration, and scaling mechanisms • Routing policies at BGP peering points • VPNs and the associated tunneling technologies (MPLS, EVPN, L3VPN, VPLS) • Ethernet switching and 802.1Q, QOS • Software-Defined Networking (SDN)
