• Work with Regional Sales Director and Territory Manager within a defined geographic area • Identify clinical needs, goals, and constraints of clients related to patient care • Discuss and demonstrate how company products can help clients achieve their goals • Provide case coverage and contribute to achieving projected sales goals • Collaborate with Territory Manager for effective case coverage • Act as primary resource for clinical support including troubleshooting and education • Stay informed on latest product developments and educate customers • Support the development of educational content for internal teams
• Experience in clinical support and demonstrated knowledge of medical devices • Strong ability to engage in procedural and technical discussions • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to provide case coverage and support clinical outcomes • Familiarity with product inventory monitoring • Experience in educating customers on product usage and benefits
