• Concept, write, design, produce, and optimize ads that connect across every channel, from traditional to digital. • Translate creative ideas into fully realized layouts and executions, not just messaging handoffs. • Cohesively and strategically resize and reformat ads for various campaign sizes and outputs. • Create static and animated graphics for digital advertising and content when needed. • Collaborate with creative, media, account, and data teams to align execution with campaign goals. • Produce advertising to spec and technical standards across multiple media formats. • Develop creative that highlights strong calls to action for traditional, digital, and emerging media. • Translate performance insights into fresh creative iterations that improve results over time. • Stay ahead of platform trends, audience behaviors, and emerging creative formats, including AI-driven tools. • Build and execute testing frameworks that inform future creative direction. • Produce work that’s technically sound, strategically grounded, and creatively powerful.
• 2–4 years of experience concepting, designing, and producing creative for digital and paid media channels, with a strong understanding of how ideas perform across platforms. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Canva, and Google Slides; bonus for experience with Figma or similar layout tools. • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Ability to concept, craft, and execute creative that translates seamlessly across channels and formats. • Evolving interest and experience with AI and generative creative tools such as Firefly, ChatGPT, or other LLM-based platforms. • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines. • Exceptional written and verbal communication with a collaborative, strategic mindset. • Sharp attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, results-driven creative work.
