📋 Description

• Manage HALO’s factory social compliance program, including social compliance audit review, factory approval tracking, and disclosure management • Review and evaluate social compliance audit reports to determine factory approval status • Identify critical findings, corrective action requirements, and risk factors • Manage factory disclosure and preapproval submissions to clients • Maintain a centralized factory database with factory approval status, audit expiration dates, corrective action plans, and client-specific requirements • Monitor audit expiration timelines and coordinate re-audit scheduling with factories and audit providers • Manage corrective action plans and track factory remediation progress through closure • Coordinate with Product Compliance Analysts regarding factory approval status and product testing and inspection workflows • Support client-specific social compliance requirements and account-specific protocols • Research evolving social compliance standards, ethical sourcing regulations, and industry trends • Improve and standardize factory compliance procedures, workflows, documentation, and approval processes • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in supply chain, compliance, or consumer goods • 3+ years of experience in factory compliance, social compliance, supplier management, ethical sourcing, or a related function in consumer products • Advanced working knowledge of social compliance audit standards including SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP, and client-specific factory audit requirements • Ability to independently evaluate audit reports, assess findings severity, and evaluate factory approval eligibility • Experience managing factory corrective action plans and tracking remediation to closure • Ability to manage a centralized compliance database across multiple factories, clients, and audit timelines • Effective written and verbal communication skills to coordinate across internal teams, factories, audit providers, and client compliance contacts • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in a deadline-driven environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) • Ability to learn and adapt to evolving compliance standards, ERP systems, customer platforms, and external compliance tools • Experience in promotional products or consumer goods industry (nice to have) • Experience with product safety regulations (CPSIA, ASTM, CPSC) (nice to have) • Experience with sustainability, environmental compliance, and scope 3 reporting requirements (nice to have) • WRAP, SA8000, or SMETA auditor training or certification (nice to have)
