It automates part of the braiding finish, delivering consistent, pattern-matching results while reducing hand strain and enabling salons to increase appointment throughput. 📋 Description

• Analyze and improve existing motor-control systems • Tune and optimize FOC implementations • Reduce noise, vibration, and instability • Improve low-speed control and motion smoothness • Recommend motor-control hardware and architecture • Work closely with our mechanical, electrical, and embedded teams

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience with BLDC motors and FOC • Strong controls and embedded systems fundamentals • Experience tuning real-world electromechanical systems • Ability to work hands-on with hardware • 2 week - 1 month contract with potential to extend for future work • Nice to Have: Robotics or mechatronics experience • Experience with STM32, ESP32, ODrive, VESC, or similar platforms • Experience taking products from prototype to production
