📋 Description

• Review a high volume of resumes per day • Evaluate candidate qualifications and fit • Match Fellows to project opportunities • Make clear, confident judgments aligned with client and project needs • Meet daily review targets and turnaround time expectations • Screen candidates effectively and accurately in a fast-moving pipeline • Work closely with internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing or recruiting (recruiting coordination alone or hiring experience as a hiring manager in a non-recruiting role will not qualify) • 1+ years experience using Google Suite tools such as Sheets and Docs • Comfortable working against daily review targets and turnaround time expectations • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while working at speed • Ability to make informed decisions quickly without over-deliberating • Must be based in the US (West Coast only) • No visa sponsorship available • Experience screening at scale in a high-volume recruiting, staffing, or sourcing environment (extra credit) • Experience hiring across a variety of industries and functional roles (extra credit) • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and recommend workflows that increase speed and efficiency (extra credit)
