• Lead product strategy and execution for the B2B surveillance hardware portfolio • Collaborate with hardware and software product managers, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Field Engineering, and Technical Support • Work daily with headquarters in South Korea throughout development and product lifecycle • Mentor other product managers • Translate customer requirements and pain points into MRD/PRD documents, feature sets, use cases, and workflows • Own the full product lifecycle from introduction to end of life • Conduct market and competitive analysis, requirements gathering, and market validation • Conduct product testing and evaluation and provide feedback to global product management teams • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies and identify opportunities for new products and features • Develop deep knowledge of the B2B surveillance market, including pricing, features, value propositions, and use cases • Drive product development and partner with Marketing Communications to launch products and features • Gather customer and stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into feature prioritization • Manage development schedules, identify risks and challenges, and ensure timely product launches • Serve as subject matter expert on products and competitive positioning
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or a related discipline preferred) • 8+ years of experience in the B2B electronics industry; security and surveillance experience is preferred • Strong technical background in IP networking • Ability to stay current on new technologies and industry trends • Hands-on problem-solving ability with creative ideas and practical solutions • Comfortable representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings • Positive, professional demeanor with ability to build constructive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers • Self-motivated and proactive, able to drive projects forward independently with minimal supervision • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills
