📋 Description

• Support all aspects of legal technology consulting projects, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and solution implementation • Review client business processes, identify requirements, and translate business requirements into technical requirements and designs • Draft project deliverables, including findings and recommendations, functional and technical design documents, data maps, test scripts, training and communication plans, and training guides • Configure and develop technologies based on technical requirements and designs • Administer system testing, track defects, and collaborate with technology providers and clients to resolve defects • Assist with managing project scope, schedules, workplans, timelines, and budgets • Manage client expectations and project scope while communicating directly with clients and fostering relationships • Become proficient in legal technologies used on active projects • Research legal industry and technology trends, product developments, best practices, emerging technologies, and AI use • Assist with business development efforts, including proposals, workplans, and presentations • Contribute to the growth and development of Harbor’s Corporate Legal Technology team and the company

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the legal or consulting industry • 3+ years of legal technology experience across assessments, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment • Experience implementing ELM/eBilling, Matter Management, Legal Hold, and Legal Workflow tools • Experience with TeamConnect and CounselLink preferred; familiarity with WK T360, Onit/SimpleLegal, Litify, Legal Tracker, Brightflag, doeLegal, and similar systems • Related data migration and integration workstream experience • Four-year degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Data & Analytics, or similar, or equivalent combination of experience and education • Understanding of implementation processes including requirements analysis, design, configuration/development, migration, testing, and change management • Strong observational, analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen, problem-solving, leadership, process-mapping, communication, storytelling, organizational, and client-service skills • Project management experience managing tasks, resources, and financials across technology implementation projects • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain exacting standards and attention to detail • Ability to create client deliverables with moderate oversight and contribute to team operational efficiency • Eagerness to learn and develop new subject matter expertise and business skills • Advanced computer skills, primarily Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio • Familiarity with Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint as collaboration tools
