📋 Description

• Report to the Casino Promotions Manager and work within a promo pod • Help design, build, and configure player bonuses, offers, and onsite banners • Support planning and launching promotions from offer mechanics and eligibility rules through go-live • Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and promotion records • Follow SOPs for offer builds and segment uploads • Build audiences and segments for offers • Execute CRM setup, audience builds, QA, and deployment checklists across email, push, and SMS • Review and validate offer terms, copy, and creative for accuracy, quality, and compliance • Ensure offers and supporting communications go live accurately and on time • Track promotional spend and pacing against team and jurisdictional budgets • Analyze promotion and campaign results, including redemption, cost, and player response • Support A/B tests and offer personalization initiatives • Develop hands-on expertise with promotions and marketing technology platforms such as Braze • Coordinate routine requests with Creative and Customer Support teams • Communicate status and escalate issues to the manager • Maintain availability for on-call weekend coverage during peak player activity

🎯 Requirements

• Entry-level to 2 years of experience in promotions, CRM, digital marketing, or a related field • Online gaming or sportsbook experience is a plus but not required • Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) • Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills • Interest in understanding offer costs, budgets, and results • Strong attention to detail • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to ask clarifying questions and flag blockers early • Ability to stay organized and manage time across multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Curiosity about players and their experience • Ability to collaborate well and support peers • Availability for on-call weekend coverage to support live promotions during peak player activity
