📋 Description

• Own video at Harmonic, including strategy, creative ideas, narrative, production, and delivery • Shoot and edit customer case study videos • Produce product animations and demo-style videos • Create short-form social content for digital and social media marketing channels • Turn complex AI security topics into digestible video content • Capture content from events, company offsites, and employee spotlights • Develop concepts and storylines, pitch ideas, write scripts and shot lists, and deliver finished work • Build repeatable production workflows using AI tools for scripting, editing, motion, versioning, and localization • Manage the video pipeline, including equipment, filming logistics, asset library, and publishing • Partner with the Director of Brand and marketing, sales, product, and people teams to identify stories

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience shooting and editing video • Portfolio or reel showing interviews/talking heads, short-form social, motion graphics or basic animation, and event coverage • Hands-on experience with camera operation, lighting, audio, editing, and motion design • Proficiency with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut • Experience with motion design tools such as After Effects • Ability to own projects from idea to published asset • Fluency with or willingness to master AI video and production tools • Ability to work solo and move fast • Willingness to travel for customer shoots, events, and company offsites • Authorization to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship • Experience as a videographer or video producer for a B2B tech or SaaS organization
