• Develop, test, and deploy PLC/HMI/SCADA solutions (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) • Configure industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Profinet) and integrate field devices • Lead commissioning efforts including FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) • Integrate control systems with WCS/WES and upstream/downstream systems • Troubleshoot live production issues and perform root cause analysis • Support system upgrades, retrofits, and performance optimization initiatives • Collaborate with mechanical, software, and operations teams during implementation
• 3–8+ years in industrial automation or controls engineering • Hands-on PLC programming and debugging experience • Strong understanding of material handling systems (conveyors, sorters, ASRS) • Ability to support on-site commissioning and travel as required • Experience in high-throughput or 24/7 operations preferred
