📋 Description

• Perform QA reviews of Patient Identity Expert work and provide performance-improvement feedback • Meet performance and production standards for QA project work • Communicate frequently with the Identity Manager • Monitor remote team quality results and provide summary information to the Project Leadership Team • Conduct quality/productivity calls with Patient Identity Experts who are not meeting level-specific quality standards, including TIP program staff • Document call follow-up in Teams and send follow-up notes to Patient Identity Experts • Collaborate with the Identity Manager on project procedure testing • Review project procedures with remote teams on client-specific tasks • Monitor training pair completion and assignments • Maintain quality standards, including corrections or changes in IDM • Provide updates to project QA Teams as needed • Assist in assigning tasks in IDM • Track assignments in project Teams • Attend HDIS company staff meetings and QA meetings as scheduled or required

🎯 Requirements

• Meeting or exceeding PIE progression requirements for the QA level established on the PIE Progression chart • Ability to work with remote teams and/or individuals utilizing virtual technology and tools • Ability to meet deadlines on time-sensitive projects • Demonstrated understanding of complex duplicate validity requirements • Demonstrated understanding of a variety of hospital health information systems • Strong Excel skills preferred • High level of confidentiality to handle sensitive information • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to think independently • Problem-solving skills • Customer service skills • Teamwork skills • Written communication skills • Knowledge of EEO policy and respect for cultural differences • Ethics and integrity • Adaptability to changing work environments and competing priorities • Dependability and ability to keep commitments • Accuracy and thoroughness in quality work
