📋 Description

• Oversee a range of projects including adaptive reuse, ground-up construction, and capital improvements • Manage a program, projects, people, timelines, and quality construction documentation • Ensure design excellence through quality control and collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams • Work under a licensed PE and play a key role in project delivery and client satisfaction • Author construction documents and assist in construction administration

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in HVAC and Plumbing design for commercial buildings • Proficient in Revit • Ability to perform load calculations, specify equipment, and provide plumbing system design • Knowledge of ASHRAE standards and local mechanical code standards • Familiarity with Trane Trace software • Ability to design and draft domestic water, sewer, and natural gas piping systems • Basic understanding of energy codes
