📋 Description

• Own the corporate systems portfolio end-to-end. • Lead and grow a team. • Be the technical partner to the Finance & People orgs. • Run the Workday and NetSuite ecosystems like products. • Build the integration layer. • Set the security and compliance bar for corporate systems. • Be the executive voice for corporate systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise/business systems • Deep operating experience with Workday HCM and NetSuite ERP • Proven track record running the infrastructure for core business processes • Experience managing the corporate systems portfolio through scaling milestones • Strong technical fluency in integration patterns, APIs, iPaaS platforms, and modern identity • Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong systems engineers and analysts • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment.
