📋 Description

• Partner with commercial and business teams to transform workflows • Map and analyze workflows to understand processes and automation opportunities • Identify and prioritize steps for automation • Design and build automation solutions using Claude skills and plugins • Deploy, maintain, and iterate on solutions • Document solutions clearly • Lead and mentor a small team while managing personal projects

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Claude and Claude Code • Familiarity with React, Golang, and Python • Background in solutions engineering, technical operations, RevOps, or business analysis • History of breaking down complex workflows and building automations • Experience working in cross-functional environments with non-technical stakeholders • Strong process thinking • Comfortable in ambiguity • Collaborative and adaptable • Clear communicator • Growth mindset
