• Coordinate with Regional Chief Instructors to deliver instruction using approved CDET curricula • Conduct Socratic-style seminars in various learning environments • Lead seminar cohorts and facilitate professional discussions • Mentor students and provide academic guidance throughout the program • Grade student papers and enforce academic integrity standards • Support student enrollment and maintain accurate grading records
• U.S. Marine Corps Field Grade Officer (Major or above) or selectee for promotion to Major • Graduate of the U.S. Marine Corps Expeditionary Warfare School • Graduate of Career Level School (CLS), Intermediate Level School (ILS), Staff Academy Workshop (SAW), Tactical Level School (TLS), or equivalent Professional Military Education program • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Teaching or instructional experience, preferably utilizing Socratic teaching methods • Strong written and verbal communication skills
