📋 Description

• Deliver virtual care for patients with migraine and complex headache disorders using ICHD-3 diagnostic criteria • Create personalized, integrative treatment plans combining evidence-based pharmacology with lifestyle interventions covering sleep, nutrition, stress, and trigger management • Review digital headache diaries • Communicate with patients between visits to provide real-time guidance and care adjustments • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team and clinical leadership • Partner with product and operations teams to refine care protocols • Test new patient engagement strategies • Enhance the digital care delivery platform • Optionally perform or coordinate Botox for chronic migraine, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections at partner sites • Help establish standard-setting clinical care protocols and contribute to the clinical care model

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) • Active NP or PA license in California required • Washington license is a strong plus; Texas license is a bonus • 3+ years of dedicated clinical experience in headache medicine, neurology, or a specialized outpatient setting with heavy headache management focus • Comfortable navigating digital care platforms, asynchronous patient communication, and AI-assisted clinical workflows • Strong clinical judgment • High empathy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfort operating in an agile, early-stage startup environment • Eager to learn and wear multiple hats as the company scales • Must be available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
