📋 Description
• Providing exceptional clinical evaluation for sleep disorders • Collaborating closely with headache specialists to deliver integrated, whole-patient outcomes • Conducting independent telehealth visits for evaluation and ongoing management of sleep disorders • Ordering and interpreting home sleep apnea tests • Managing PAP therapy initiation, titration, and long-term adherence • Prescribing and managing digital therapeutics for insomnia and pharmacologic treatments when clinically indicated • Documenting clinical findings thoughtfully and advising on clinical protocols as the sleep program scales.
🎯 Requirements
• An active, unrestricted California license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or PMHNP) or Physician Assistant, with active DEA registration. • 2+ years of experience in sleep medicine (or strong sleep exposure in pulmonology, neurology, or primary care). • Comfort navigating home sleep testing workflows, PAP management, and insomnia care. • Experience or high comfort level with Telehealth, virtual care, and building real rapport with patients through a screen. • Comfort navigating early-stage startup ambiguity and evolving clinical workflows. • A genuine passion for helping patients feel seen, supported, and understood.
