• Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages • Provide guidance and recommendations based on client preferences and budgets • Research destinations, activities, and promotions to customize trips • Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel • Stay informed on travel policies, trends, and industry updates
🎯 Requirements
• Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple requests • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Previous customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
