📋 Description

• Complete extensive training in the real estate appraisal process, including inspection methods, market research, data collection, valuation techniques, and report preparation • Assist certified appraisers and conduct supervised inspections to learn how to identify property characteristics and factors that influence value • Utilize True Footage’s proprietary software and other industry tools to gather, analyze, and interpret market data and trends • Support the creation of accurate, comprehensive appraisal reports that reflect property characteristics and market conditions • Collaborate with the Appraisal Operations team to help manage scheduling, track workflow progress, and ensure timely report delivery • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support company-wide objectives • Meet performance and learning milestones at each stage of your 12-month trajectory, demonstrating readiness to advance to Junior Appraiser

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills • High proficiency in technology (or a strong willingness to learn), including software, apps, and databases • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • A collaborative, “utility player” mindset - willing to assist Appraisal Operations, scheduling, and cross-functional initiatives, as needed • Self-motivated and ambitious, with a desire to grow into a Certified Residential Appraiser • Valid driver’s license for conducting fieldwork
