📋 Description

• Assists with the facilitation of the performance improvement and patient safety activities for the department • Responsible for performing initial screening and analysis of reported events • Conduct data abstraction • Facilitate meaningful case review and documentation • Screens charts for quality-of-care issues and compliance with quality measures • Assists in the identification of cases for review and education • Prepares and designs meaningful reports that include statistical analysis • Participates in multidisciplinary teams to promote performance improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing • Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred • Three years acute hospital care with understanding of performance improvement • Registered Nurse - NJ • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and verbal and written communication skills • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
