📋 Description
• Conduct structured walkthroughs for new and existing clients • Document square footage, priority areas, problem spots, and access instructions • Take photos/videos and submit walkthrough report within 24 hours • Ensure all client expectations are clearly documented • Serve as first point of contact for Kentucky client concerns • Follow up after first clean to ensure satisfaction • Ensure cleaners have supplies and working equipment • Confirm access instructions and job notes are accurate
