📋 Description
• Partner with executive leadership to design, develop, and strengthen HCO's Faith-Based Counseling Program • Help create a structured framework to integrate Christian principles into evidence-based behavioral health treatment • Assist in developing training for clinicians covering various topics related to Christian Counseling • Develop documentation standards and clinical guidelines • Assist in developing guidance for integrating evidence-based practices with Christian counseling principles • Help develop Christian Counseling policies and resource materials
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Christian Counseling • Licensed mental health practice • Clinical supervision, education, or training • Behavioral health program development • Evidence-based psychotherapy • Ethics in behavioral health practice • Clinical documentation • Insurance-compliant documentation • Training adult learners • Policy and procedure development • Preference for experience developing faith-based behavioral health programs or teaching Christian counseling at the graduate or professional level.
