📋 Description
• Coaching clients on organizational development and strategy support • Examining organizational structures and making suggestions for improvements • Documenting processes and conducting assessments • Designing and facilitating workshops and meetings
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS degree required • MA/MS degree in a related field preferred • Coaching certification is required (ICF MCC) • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH DOD SES • Minimum 10 years of experience as a coach and facilitator • Experience in working on government contracts in a consultative role • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint required
