📋 Description

• Provide coaching, organizational development, and strategy support for company transformation initiatives • Examine the situation and suggest improvements for organizational structures, projects, programs, and workflows • Review, analyze, and interpret complex documents • Assess the effectiveness of organizational structures, initiatives, programs, and processes • Document the existing capability for an organization and its programs • Document processes using process improvement methodologies • Design and facilitate workshops, focus groups, workgroups, and meetings • Develop change management and stakeholder engagement strategies • Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, summaries, and After-Action Reports • Develop communication plans and internal and external communication products

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree required • MA/MS degree in a related field preferred • Coaching certification is required (ICF PCC) • Minimum 10 years of experience as a coach and facilitator • Experience in working on government contracts in a consultative role • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint required • Executive-level coaching, consulting, or related experience • Experience with 360 and other psychometric assessments • Strong understanding of adult learning as well as behavioral, cognitive and social psychology
