• Responsible for coordinating and facilitating in-person or virtual meetings or special events • Participate in the planning and implementation of forums, workshops, seminars, roundtables, data exchanges, symposiums, and/or conferences • Coordinate all aspects of events in accordance with customer specifications including assisting with selecting and negotiating event locations/sites • Coordinate with and schedule event participants • Develop event information papers, handouts, materials, advertisements, and after-event summaries for each event • Identify, in conjunction with DoD oversight and input, key speakers/panelists for events • Draft, coordinate, and send invitations • Track RSVPs and advocates for alternate invitees if alternate choices are required/desired • Write after-event reports to summarize proceedings, assess outcomes, and share knowledge • Manage logistical arrangements for conferences including reimbursement forms, invoices, and reports after event has ended
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance • Military background experience
