📋 Description

• Create reports, insights, and analytics in support of the division • Create report and analysis specifications based on business needs • Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address divisional issues • Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools • Research and assist in analyzing data related to strategic initiatives and broader research needs • Interface between business and divisional data teams to generate actionable tools for analysis and reporting • Build customer relationships and deepen understanding of divisional data • Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data sources to provide insight to decision makers • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree and 4 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action, or 9 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements in support of information-related strategies • Experience solving complex problems and taking a new perspective using existing solutions • Knowledge of software development processes, including SDLC, Agile methodologies, tools, and technologies • Experience creating and conducting presentations to inform and influence • Experience leading functional teams and projects • Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, Python, or similar tools • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills • PC proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Sponsorship is not available • Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of drug screening in accordance with applicable law
