📋 Description

• Initiate writing and coordinate activities associated with the request for proposal (RFP) process • Ensure the highest quality of service while following company policies, procedures, and philosophies • Participate in resolving issues associated with the RFP process and ensure follow-through to resolution • Coordinate projects with support from a proposal writer or senior proposal writer • Adhere strictly to detailed customer specifications • Draft proposal-ready response materials for future proposals or internal requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field OR 4 years of proposal development or marketing experience • Demonstrated creative and business writing skills • PC skills and experience in Microsoft products • Verbal and written communication skills to complete Requests for Proposals, coordinate activities with many departments, and incorporate layman’s terms in proposals • Demonstrated project management, organizing, planning and scheduling • Ability to work remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii • Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of drug screening in accordance with applicable law
