📋 Description

• Providing assistance to pharmacists, pharmacy coordinators, and pharmacy programs or initiatives • Evaluating and resolving pharmacy issues • Providing member support for programs and initiatives • Handling phone queue position (inbound calls)

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a health care/insurance industry • Licensed and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician/Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) • High School Diploma with current State Pharmacy Technician Licensures in good standing • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Managed care customer service experience • Strong computer and Microsoft Office product skills • Drug information skills • Strong organizational skills and capacity to understand complex oral and written directions and technical information • Self-motivator with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail • Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred
