📋 Description

• Lead business analysis and ensure alignment and integration across functional areas supporting divisional strategies • Ensure consistency and efficiency of major, complex, and strategic cross-divisional and enterprise-wide projects and initiatives from inception to completion • Provide oversight and coordination of project teams, resources, and budgets according to dynamic and critical timelines • Interact with all levels of management, including senior management • Support prioritization of transformational program activities • Track progress toward goals • Independently drive and deliver scope of work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations, or relevant health care industry experience • 3 years of experience leading large and complex multi-million-dollar projects • Experience communicating with senior management from multiple divisions • Experience developing and delivering presentations • Problem resolution experience and skills • Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends • Experience interpreting business and financial information • Negotiation skills • Verbal and written communication skills, including establishing working relationships across departments, preparing presentations to senior management, and establishing a team environment • Organizational skills • Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully • Detail-oriented • PC proficiency, including MS Office products • Preferred: health insurance or healthcare industry experience with emphasis on Product/Sales knowledge • Preferred: proven strategic thinking and execution • Preferred: strong project management skills • Preferred: ability to drive decisions, create optionality, and determine impacts of options • Preferred: Value Based Care Operations experience • Preferred: advanced PowerPoint skills for leadership presentations
