📋 Description

• Drive business growth within the assigned territory with new and existing customers • Serve as point of contact for inventory-managed solutions • Perform inventory audits, source and order products, and project manage new inventory solutions • Manage and facilitate inventory disposition at customer sites • Reduce excess stock, dead stock, and discontinued inventory • Audit and replenish inventory to maintain stock levels • Resolve customer issues related to inventory adjustments and discrepancies • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures • Implement and set up new inventory-managed solutions at customer sites • Design inventory solutions, receive product, and stock and label finished goods • Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams as the inventory solutions subject matter expert • Train new hires, vendors, customers, and other functional areas • Present market conditions and concerns to customers and leadership • Analyze data and resolve missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or anomalous information

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the specified state(s), identified in the job-board location as Tennessee, United States • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area preferred • Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline • 2+ years of experience in inventory auditing or warehouse operations • Generally 2–5 years of experience in a related field, or MS/MA with generally 2–4 years of related experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Certification is required in some areas • Ability to perform inventory audits, replenishment, customer training, and inventory project coordination • Ability to perform intermittent physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering heavy or awkward materials/equipment weighing 50+ pounds • Ability to travel overnight less than 10% of the time
