📋 Description

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders • Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances • Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and treatment • Adjust treatment plans as necessary • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress • Involve and advise family members when appropriate • Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Level Degree or higher (Required) in related fields • Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license based on office location; valid, active license required • Minimum of 12 months in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed • 2+ years' experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services • Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment • Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency • Experience managing patient data, documenting clinical information, and accessing patient histories • Strong computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations • Ability to adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues • Familiarity with NextGen highly desirable • Ability to work cooperatively as a team member • Superb organizational skills • Ability to guide, direct, or influence people • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and families • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required • Not hiring associate/intern level therapists
