📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, innovative tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform • Complete, sign, and lock clinical case notes in the EMR within 48 hours of each session • Maintain a personalized database recording proof of licensure, license updates, expiration dates, and personal information • Keep availability calendar up to date • Collaborate with health coaches, therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providers • Deliver direct virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team on a 1099 contract basis

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples or families • Independent clinical license to practice in good standing, without need for clinical supervision, at the Master or Doctoral level • BC-TMH credential, if required by your state of license • Must be licensed and reside in the United States; work must be provided within the 50 states of the United States, excluding U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico • Ability to offer at least 10 sessions per week, with flexibility to adjust availability • Clinical competence in evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Mindfulness, and measurement-based care • Experience with risk management and higher acuity cases • Knowledge, ability, and commitment to providing culturally responsive care • Familiarity, comfort, and confidence with care delivery technology, applications, Google web-apps, video conferencing, and EMR • Safe, secure location with reliable internet connection for Zoom-based psychotherapy • Effective communication skills and ability to work within interdisciplinary teams
