📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, innovative teletherapy to Headspace patients through a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform • Complete, sign, and lock clinical case notes in the EMR within 48 hours of each session • Maintain a personalized database containing proof of licensure, license updates, expiration dates, and personal information • Keep availability calendar up to date • Work with a collaborative care team including health coaches, therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providers • Provide direct virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team • Deliver evidence-based, measurement-based, and culturally responsive mental health care • Manage risk and higher-acuity cases as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families • Independent clinical license to practice in good standing at the Master or Doctoral level, without need for clinical supervision • BC-TMH credential, if required by the state of license • Must be licensed and reside in the United States; work must be provided within the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico • Ability to offer at least 10 sessions per week, with flexibility to adjust availability • Clinical competence in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Mindfulness, and measurement-based care • Experience with risk management and higher acuity cases • Knowledge, ability, and commitment to providing culturally responsive care • Familiarity and confidence with care delivery technology, applications, Google web apps, video conferencing, EMR, and related tools • Safe, secure location with reliable internet connection for Zoom-based psychotherapy • Effective communication skills and ability to work within interdisciplinary teams • Night and weekend flexibility a plus • Preferred: licensure in multiple states • Preferred: licensed psychologist willing to apply for or already enrolled with PSYPACT • Preferred: ability to deliver care to a variety of populations • Preferred: multilingual • Preferred: familiarity with the Headspace app and content • Preferred: willingness to include evening availability
