📋 Description

• Evaluate psychiatric providers’ clinical documentation against Headway’s clinical quality standards • Review initial assessments and progress notes for gaps below evidence-based practice, safe patient care, and rubric standards • Review clinical decision-making, evidence-based diagnostic criteria, risk assessment, and medication safety • Complete quality-assessment work including calibration exercises and inter-rater reliability rounds • Provide asynchronous and live one-to-one remediation support to providers when applicable • Educate providers using supportive, education-forward feedback tied to documentation expectations, patient safety, and quality standards • Complete review and documentation work in Headway’s designated systems • Maintain HIPAA-compliant privacy and confidentiality of patient information

🎯 Requirements

• Current PMHNP/MD with an active license • At least 3 years of experience • Experience completing quality chart reviews or audits for healthcare delivery organizations • Experience coaching or training clinicians on documentation meeting clinical care standards • Ability to critically evaluate AI-assisted review tools and provide structured feedback • Expert communication and education skills • Experience conveying information to large and diverse groups • Ability to deliver supportive rather than punitive feedback • Comfort adapting to healthcare technology platforms and evolving workflows • Ability to work within designated systems while adhering to HIPAA and privacy/confidentiality requirements • Requires setting up or having an existing LLC or S-Corp • Authorized to work in the United States
