📋 Description

• Lead measurement and testing strategy and execution for SEO, AEO, and patient growth • Combine internal data such as Google Search Console, clickstream data, and bookings with external sources such as Ahrefs and agency partners • Establish a single source of truth • Design matched-market and A/B tests • Answer key business and product questions about growth bets, underperforming initiatives, AI-answer citations, and changes in traffic or patient volume • Build AI agents and workflows to automate analysis and identify what is working, what changed, and what to do next • Feed analysis results into content selection and writing • Set standards for measuring organic growth across the team • Help partners and agencies distinguish meaningful signals from noise • Collaborate with product, growth marketing, engineering, content, and design • Report to a Data Science manager • Drive new patients from search, AI answers, homepage, directory pages, provider profiles, and earned media channels

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years using data science and analytics to drive decisions, with a strong growth background • Experience working in fast-changing environments without an established playbook • Growth mindset and bias to get things done • Ability to think from first principles and evaluate data-source limitations and biases • Strong causal inference judgment in messy settings • Product mindset and ability to weigh business trade-offs • Knowledge of causal inference and quasi-experiments • Strong SQL and Python • Comfortable pulling from APIs, modeling in dbt, and building workflows • Clear communication skills • Experience building AI agents or automated analysis workflows • Daily use of a tool such as Claude Code or Codex • Ability to distinguish high-quality AI output from low-quality output • Ability to explain complex measurement problems and data limitations to non-technical partners and executives • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer • Nice to have: SEO or AEO experience, marketplace experience, acquisition-quality measurement, marketing attribution modeling, search console/SEO/AEO visibility tools, and earned media, affiliate, or community-channel experience
