📋 Description

• Perform home health, or home health and hospice, coding • Review OASIS assessments for home care and/or hospice • Work remotely/from home as a full-time coding and OASIS reviewer • Use EMR systems efficiently and productively, learning additional systems as needed • Complete coding/OASIS work independently while collaborating effectively with others • Meet weekly productivity expectations tied to the productivity bonus • Work Monday-Friday during flexible hours within the stated office-hour framework

🎯 Requirements

• RN or licensed therapist • Home health or home health and home hospice coding experience; hospice-only experience is insufficient • Coding certification: BCHH-C or HCS-D, required • OASIS certification: COS-C, COQS, or HCS-O, required • Minimum 3 years of coding certification and OASIS certification • Minimum 3 years of routine coding and OASIS review experience • Current career focus on coding/OASIS, including at least the past year • Knowledge of at least one EMR system and ability to learn others quickly • Reliable high-speed internet • Availability for 40 hours/week, full-time • Ability to work Monday-Friday; office hours 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with flexible work hours • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English • Organization and time management skills • Ability to work and make decisions independently • Ability to work well with others • Ability to work under pressure • Adaptable, flexible, and detail-oriented • Basic computer skills; ability to use Microsoft Office and/or Microsoft Teams and navigate multiple tabs • RN License, required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States is not explicitly stated
