📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for enterprise data and analytics • Partner with data engineering and analytics engineering to design and deliver a medallion data architecture • Establish and govern an enterprise data catalog • Build, lead and grow a high-performing team of data engineers, analytics engineers and analysts • Represent enterprise data and analytics to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, business intelligence or reporting • 3+ years leading and growing teams • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business or related field; advanced degree a plus • Experience establishing metrics and KPIs, data governance, quality and documentation practices at scale • Excellent executive communication skills • Strong technical depth including data modeling and understanding of dimensional and layered/medallion architectures
