📋 Description

• Provide ongoing support for ETL pipelines processing large healthcare datasets • Analyze production issues, implement code fixes, troubleshoot technical problems, and deliver immediate solutions • Collaborate with customers to diagnose and resolve software-related issues • Deploy, orchestrate, and monitor jobs across environments • Create process documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides • Identify opportunities for process improvements • Participate in team meetings and scrum activities • Interface with developers, business analysts, delivery managers, QA teams, project managers, and account managers • Use JIRA for issue tracking and resolution • Seek stakeholder feedback to improve skills and adapt processes • Provide occasional weekend support for critical issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields (or equivalent work experience) • 8+ years of hands-on experience with C#, SQL, and scripting languages • Expertise in Python, C#, and Shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting • Advanced knowledge of SQL query optimization and stored procedures • Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB • Familiarity with Airflow, Talend Studio, Redis, Azure Service Bus, and Kafka messaging platforms • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation • Proficiency with version control systems such as Bitbucket/Git • Familiarity with healthcare data formats including EDI files (834, 278, 837, 999) • Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration • Agile methodology experience • Ability to work across multiple time zones • Candidates may be required to complete a pre-employment criminal background check
