📋 Description

• Assist in developing, implementing, and deploying artificial intelligence models and systems under close supervision • Build AI applications for natural language processing, generative AI solutions, and predictive analytics • Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms • Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets for AI model training • Select appropriate machine learning algorithms • Integrate AI models into existing systems or develop new systems for AI solution deployment • Optimize AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability • Research current AI and machine learning developments and apply them to projects • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders • Create documentation for AI models, processes, and systems • Deploy AI models into production and monitor performance • Address ethical considerations, potential bias, and fairness in AI models • Work under the mentorship and supervision of the VP, Program Performance & Analytics and/or AVP, Product Analytics and Business Strategy, or delegate

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program at a four-year college or university; preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Administration, Management, or IT • Experience working with Gen AI/ML models and developing APIs, SDKs, and applications that utilize AI/ML is a plus, but not required • Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)-based solutions is a plus, but not required • Demonstrated experience with NLP techniques, Prompt Engineering, and a strong understanding of LLMs is a plus, but not required • Strong programming skills in Python • Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI • Candidates must provide their own reliable, high-speed internet access with sufficient bandwidth to execute all job functions • Travel to attend meetings and visit locations throughout the country may be required
