📋 Description
• Coordinate with Clinical Teams and other internal stakeholders for technical assistance, education, and innovative solutions • Provide technical assistance, resources and tools that define performance requirements • Conduct onboarding and ongoing professional training • Develop and evaluate preceptorship training program curriculum • Facilitate with subject matter experts and technical assistance facilitators
🎯 Requirements
• Current Registered Professional Nurse or Registered Social Worker in the State of New York • Bachelor’s in nursing or social work preferred with previous work experience in education • Three to five years of clinical experience in a specialty area • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication, critical thinking, creativity, and interpersonal relationships • Change management experience
