📋 Description

• Build lasting partnerships with stakeholders to deliver solutions that positively impact members and providers • Harness complex, disparate data sources to create robust solutions • Use statistical modeling and machine learning to predict key outcomes and explain main drivers • Help build responsible algorithms that are fair to members and their communities • Additional duties as assigned • Specific role and manager will be determined during the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Two (2) years of experience using data science tools like SQL, R or Python • Prior work or academic experience applying statistical and machine learning methods • Familiarity with cloud technologies • Continuous Learning Mindset • Preferred: Master’s degree • Preferred: Experience working with large sets of healthcare data • Preferred: Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, experimentation and causal/inference methods as appropriate to business problems • Preferred: Experience collaborating across data science, engineering, product, and business teams • Preferred: Experience with AWS and Amazon SageMaker for developing, training, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models in production • Preferred: Experience with DBT for building, testing, documenting, and maintaining scalable data transformation pipelines
