📋 Description

• Conduct 45-minute video sales calls via Zoom with qualified applicants • Determine whether prospects are a strong fit for the premium done-for-you YouTube Authority Engine service • Follow the proven consultative sales framework • Help qualified prospects make a confident yes-or-no decision whenever possible • Clearly communicate the YouTube Authority Engine process, expectations, and investment • Maintain accurate CRM notes and reporting • Participate in daily and/or weekly High Performance Practice, call reviews, and ongoing coaching • Continuously improve through feedback and role play • Minimize unnecessary follow-ups by helping prospects make clear decisions during the initial conversation • Deliver an exceptional buying experience that builds trust in the Healthpreneur brand

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years selling high-ticket consulting, coaching, agency, SaaS, or advisory services • Exceptional communication and listening skills • Strong consultative selling ability • Comfortable handling difficult objections and challenging prospects respectfully • Highly coachable and committed to continuous improvement • Competitive, accountable, and driven by excellence • Full-time availability; weekends are optional • Understanding of the health industry is a plus • Ability to maintain a 25%+ close rate on conducted calls • Ability to conduct 45-minute video sales calls via Zoom • Ability to maintain accurate CRM notes and reporting
