📋 Description

• Conduct 45-minute video sales calls via Zoom. • Follow our proven consultative sales framework. • Help qualified prospects make a confident yes or no decision whenever possible. • Clearly communicate the YouTube Authority Engine process, expectations, and investment. • Maintain accurate CRM notes and reporting. • Participate in daily and/or weekly High Performance Practice, call reviews, and ongoing coaching. • Continuously improve through feedback and role play.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years selling high-ticket consulting, coaching, agency, SaaS, or advisory services. • Exceptional communication and listening skills. • Strong consultative selling ability. • Comfortable handling difficult objections and challenging prospects respectfully. • Highly coachable and committed to continuous improvement. • Competitive, accountable, and driven by excellence. • Full-time availability (weekends are optional but a great opportunity). • Big plus if you understand the health industry.
