📋 Description

• Verify and complete mental health service records, including addresses, hours, contact details, costs, insurance, and other data-model tags • Label services against screening criteria and quote evidence for each answer • Find unlisted services while building listings for new locations • Identify services that do not fit the data model and explain the mismatch • Work with the Services Research Manager to grow the mental health services directory

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the US, ideally NYC • Approximately 20 hours per week, scheduled with the Services Research Manager • Experience conducting accurate research with cited sources, such as at a 211 or resource directory, in fact-checking, on a civic data team, or in a library • Comfortable contacting unfamiliar organizations and obtaining clear answers • Ability to closely follow written procedures and identify when procedures do not fit findings • Organized spreadsheet skills and strong attention to detail • Comfortable using AI tools and checking their output before relying on it • Spanish or another language besides English is nice to have • Training in social work, counseling, or public health, or experience working in mental health services, is nice to have
