📋 Description

• Verify and complete service records, including addresses, hours, contact details, costs, insurance, and other data-model tags. • Label services against screening criteria, quoting evidence for each answer. • Find unlisted services while building each new location. • Identify services that do not fit the data model and explain why. • Work with the Services Research Manager to grow the mental health services directory.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the US (ideally NYC). • Available for approximately 20 hours a week, set with the Services Research Manager. • Research experience where accuracy mattered and sources had to be cited, such as at a 211 or resource directory, in fact-checking, on a civic data team, or in a library. • Comfortable contacting unfamiliar organizations and getting clear answers. • Able to follow a written procedure closely and identify when it does not fit the findings. • Organized in spreadsheets and careful with details. • Comfortable with AI tools and able to check their output before trusting it. • Spanish or another language besides English is nice to have. • Training in social work, counseling, or public health, or experience working in mental health services is nice to have.
