📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions • Support client independence and positive behavior • Implement skill-building and care plans directly as an integral member of the clinical team • Record session data accurately using electronic devices • Foster a positive learning environment for clients • Connect with families • Choose and work with client cases

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism • Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations • RBT certification required before working • Willingness to make a 6-month commitment • Services provided in clients' homes or community-based locations • All positions start off part-time
