📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions • Support client independence and positive behavior • Directly implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team • Accurately record session data using electronic devices • Foster a positive learning environment for clients • Build connections with families • Provide services in clients' homes or community-based locations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism • Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations • RBT certification required before working • Willingness to make a 6-month commitment • Services provided in clients' homes or community-based locations • Relevant experience may include education or early childhood development, childcare, babysitting, youth mentorship, teaching assistant, paraprofessional, instructional aide, after-school programs, camp counseling, behavioral health, mental health, social services, ABA therapy, working with individuals with Autism, healthcare support, or supporting a neurodiverse family member
