📋 Description

• Perform night audit operations to maintain financial controls and comply with hotel standards • Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure quality guest service • Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Point of Service tapes/journals • Break down revenue, covers, waiters' fees, tips paid out, and settlements by type and cashier • Run audit reports and journals from the front office system, Point of Service, and computer • Make corrections and adjustments and handle computer problems during the shift • Input revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports • Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly • Maintain files and reset the system for next-day operations • Comply with attendance rules and perform other assigned job-related duties

🎯 Requirements

• Hotel experience preferred • Basic mathematical skills • Ability to make accurate mathematical calculations using a 10-key • Ability to effectively handle guest and associate concerns in a friendly, positive manner • Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to adapt communication style for supervisors, coworkers, and the public • Regular attendance and availability to work regularly
